Yeah thats what I have problems with,I can't actually Go on concerate problary,I'm new to heelys is that normal or just fear that you will fall?

Cracks are annoying sometimes, but they can also help you get better if you can avoid them. To get over them, just lift your front foot over and then just as your back foot gets to crack, lift your back foot while simultaneously putting your front foot back down. Then put your back foot down in front of the crack, and you are over it.
Also practice going one-footed on both legs, because it develops a balance that will help you get over cracks.
Or you could just jump over them like Asimah...
